Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry have selected Finn Way General Contractors Inc., as the successful proponent for Construction Services for the Fire Management Centre at 95 Ghost Lake Road in Dryden.
The selection of Finn Way General Contractors Inc. is the result of a two‐stage competitive procurement process led by IO. The process began with the public posting of a Request for Qualifications on March 30, 2017.
IO will administer the redevelopment of the existing site on behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Services.
It is expected that construction will begin in summer 2018 and full use and occupancy will begin in summer 2020.
