The Leasing Services Team is responsible for the management and quality control of all leasing activities/transactions across the IO portfolio. The team ensures the integrity, quality and consistency of transaction management and confirms that leasing activities adhere to provincial policies, procedures and guidelines including transparency and value for money. The team is responsible for securing leased accommodations on behalf of client ministries from third party landlords and for leasing vacant or underutilized space in government owned buildings to third party tenants
