The Ontario Lands group is responsible for managing the provincially owned and leased real estate portfolio in a manner that both maximizes value for taxpayers and supports client ministry’s long term program delivery needs. Ontario Lands leads strategic portfolio reviews and is responsible for the implementation of real estate development opportunities.
The group is also tasked with the acquisition of land on behalf of client ministries and the disposition of provincially-owned properties.
