Since 2003, Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has helped make a difference in communities across Ontario by providing affordable loans to Municipalities for infrastructure renewal and development. From a multi-million dollar police station project in Timmins, to a multiplex community centre in Kingston, or a new aerial fire truck for the town of Prescott – IO loans have been helping improve the quality of life throughout Ontario.
With a convenient online application, no additional fees and flexible terms, our loans provide affordable access to the capital markets for those who are otherwise unable.
