Strategic Partnership Program

Infrastructure Ontario’s Strategic Partnership Program is designed to bring together private and public sector organizations and individuals to assist eligible Infrastructure Ontario loan clients across Ontario with building and renewing infrastructure in local communities.

 

How can an Infrastructure Ontario loan help your clients?

An Infrastructure Ontario loan can help by minimizing some of the common credit and financing issues facing clients that can sometimes delay a project. The end result is that projects can begin earlier and may result in new business opportunities for Partner organizations. 

 

Most capital expenses are eligible for loan financing, everything from multi-million dollar construction projects to the purchase of a front-end loader or new street lighting. Other benefits include:

  • Very affordable rates
  • No extra fees or commissions (no credit rating required
  • Flexible short or long terms
  • Access to Infrastructure Ontario staff and information.

Should your organization decide to participate, we will provide you with an information package that outlines how our low-cost, long-term Loan Program can be used to help finance your client’s capital infrastructure needs. We will also keep you up-to-date on our program through regular emails.  Partners can provide their clients with marketing materials and contact information in support of their client’s project.

 

Our representatives are also available to meet with potential partners or their clients, to explain how the Infrastructure Ontario's Loan Program works and who is eligible.
