Since 2003, Infrastructure Ontario's Loan Program has helped make a difference in communities across Ontario – from a multi-million dollar police station project in Timmins, to a multiplex community centre in Kingston, or a new aerial fire truck for the town of Prescott – Infrastructure Ontario loans have been helping improve the quality of life in your community.
Eligibility
All Ontario municipalities are eligible to apply for a loan from Infrastructure Ontario.

Eligible Projects
The Loan Program provides affordable financing for all capital investments, including but not limited to:
- Water, wastewater and sewage infrastructure
- Roads and bridges
- Culture, tourism, administration and recreation infrastructure
- Energy efficiency projects (windows, doors, lighting, etc.)
- Water, hydro, HVAC and communications systems
- Ambulances, fire trucks, snow ploughs, garbage trucks and rolling stock
- Ferries and docks
- Local police and fire stations
- Asset management tools and systems
- Accessibility improvements

Clients that have already obtained a username and password can login to the WebLoans Online Application System anytime.
