In this role you will take ownership of providing effective and innovative sourcing solutions to ensure hiring business needs are met and providing the best-in-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You will also support the Manager, Talent Acquisition in providing recruitment metrics and analytics to other stakeholders within the organization.

 

You must have a passion for recruiting, be results driven and highly resourceful in a hand-on environment. You will have experience of full-lifecycle recruiting, and consulting with hiring managers throughout every stage in the process to create an exceptional experience.

 

In addition you must possess a strong customer focus, tact, diplomacy, and superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with leadership, and a solid understanding of data, Excel, and the importance of capturing information.

 

Employment in this position is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
