This is an exciting opportunity to join Infrastructure Ontario as a Real Estate Analyst, working in our Office Real Estate Portfolio department, where you will provide research and analytical support across a range of strategic initiatives with respect to the Office Portfolio Strategy team, including portfolio analysis, occupancy planning, and workplace change and project management.


The Office Real Estate Portfolio (OREP) department is a critical part of our Real Estate Division, responsible for all strategic office real estate advice, recommendations, deliverables and reports. The team provides advisory services to Client Ministries for office accommodation requirements while managing the development of portfolio strategy and facilitating work place change on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI). To be successful in this role, you must have solid financial analysis such as present value, cost benefit, cash flow and payback methodologies, along with good knowledge of real estate management fundamentals. You will have experience with asset, portfolio and/or corporate real estate management, with a good understanding and demonstrable experience with financial modeling.


You will possess excellent analytical skills to research, synthesize, and analyze complex data and other information for senior level decision makers, solid communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, cogent and legible manner.


Employment in the Real Estate Division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
