Workplace Solutions Change Manager

Internally identified as the Workplace Change Manager, you will support the development of change management processes and tools to be used with Client Ministries and External Agencies to implement workplace solutions based on Workplace Environment Guidelines. This role will also deliver change management facilitation directly to clients as well as train internal staff on agile workplace tactics suited to accommodation of changing Ministry programs.


Working with Client Advisory Teams, external consultants and clients, you will facilitate Ministry engagement on Workplace Change through communication planning, pre and post occupancy surveys, case studies and benchmarking as well as documentation of available workplace options. You will also oversee and deliver feasibility space planning aligned to agile workplace solutions.


In this role you will demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial office interiors, building codes, accessibility requirements, occupancy and space planning.


You will be an interior designer with certification in Change Management. You must have significant experience in performing workplace change management as well as delivery of commercial interiors and space planning, including AODA and Ontario Building Code requirements.


We are looking for individuals with superior relationship building and facilitation skills, and a keen interest in workplace innovation. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent presentation and facilitation skills at all levels, and the ability to explain complex issues and processes.


Employment in the Real Estate division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
