Client Relationship Officer

The role of the Client Relationship Officer is to contribute to the business development activities of the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) loan program, by investigating, structuring and administering financing opportunities in an assigned territory and to collaborate with the Customer Relations team and the Vice-President in the development of loan business cases, client solutions and marketing initiatives.


To succeed in this role, you will possess a post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of five years' experience working with clients to provide client-focused solutions within a financial institution, investment, municipality, or infrastructure development area of practice. Knowledge of financial principles and commercial lending practices along with experience developing commercial loan solutions are a must. Understanding of municipal infrastructure financing models and public sector operations would be considered an asset.
