Business Planning Analyst (2 year Contract)

The Business Planning Analyst will provide process documentation, system, planning, and strategy support to the Capital Planning department and to our business users.   In addition, the role will leverage our VFA asset management software license and work with IT staff and outside service providers to effectively develop and service the assigned business areas.

 

The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, or Real Estate and Asset Management, in addition knowledge of capital investment planning is preferred. You will also have a minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, and demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining small business systems.

 

You will be experienced in developing tools and other resources, experience developing strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, technically sound in corporate real estate and project data analysis and reporting.

 

To be successful in this role you will have strong skills to research, analyze, and summarize information to prepare financial models, reports and presentations for senior level decision makers and ministries, the ability to process large amounts of data and communicate complex information to stakeholders, and excellent customer service, negotiation and relationship management skills.

 

Employment in the Real Estate Division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
