The Whitney Block is one of Ontario's oldest government office buildings.
Whitney Block rehabilitation work includes installing energy efficient windows, updating the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system and repairing the façade (e.g., the exterior of the building).
The rehabilitation work was complete in phases as tenants were relocated to temporary workspaces within the building while the rehabilitation work was underway.
IO provided project management oversight for the project on behalf of the province. Brookfield GIS was the Project Management Service Provider.
