Please submit your resume in MS Word. Additionally, in the subject line of your e-mail note the "Position Code". If you are sending your resume for future openings please specify the position or area of your specialization.
Infrastructure Ontario Human Resources team will receive your resume. If you are applying to a specific position and meet minimum requirements for the job, your resume will be forwarded to the Hiring Manager for his or her review. If you are submitting a general resume, it will be kept on file for six months.
A resume submitted via e-mail is sufficient as we maintain our recruitment files electronically.
The review process takes time and we appreciate your patience. Due to the high volume of applications, you will be contacted only if you are selected for an interview. If you have not been called for an interview, in the future we may have a position that is better suited for your background and qualifications. We update the job postings on a regular basis. If a position is listed on our web site, it is considered open, though it is possible that it may be at the final interview stage. Some jobs take longer to fill than others and thus are open for a longer period of time. Files are closed when the position has been filled. Infrastructure Ontario reserves the right to withdraw a job at during the recruitment and selection process, as a result of changing business requirements.
