Each year, IO publishes its business plan to demonstrate how the agency works to fulfill its mission to create a competitive, connected, and modern Ontario. The plan sets out IO’s corporate vision, mission, and values, and describes its strategic goals, strategic enterprise initiatives, and target outcomes that will guide its work going forward.
