On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to announce that Angela Clayton will serve as interim acting President and CEO of Infrastructure Ontario (IO) for the period that Michael Lindsay is assigned to the role of interim President and CEO of Metrolinx. We thank Angela for agreeing to extend her departure date from IO announced earlier this year.
Angela is well respected inside and outside IO and has demonstrated many successes in her role as President, Project Delivery. Her exceptional leadership has driven the evolution of our Project Delivery team to deploy a wide variety of models and approaches to deliver critical, complex, and transformative projects. The search for Angela’s successor is ongoing.
The Board of Directors is deeply appreciative of Michael and Angela’s commitment to public service and agreeing to step into these roles that are vital to advancing the most ambitious infrastructure plan in the history of this province.
