Infrastructure Ontario is pleased to share the October 2025 Market Update.
This update features 25 projects currently in pre-procurement and active procurement stages, representing a combined design and construction value of more than $30 billion. It also includes 20 government-announced projects that are in the early planning phase.
These projects are key components that reinforce the Ontario government’s commitment to build and modernize public infrastructure through a historic investment of more than $200 billion – the most ambitious capital plan in the province’s history.
We extend our sincere thanks to our partners for their continued collaboration in delivering some of the province’s largest and most complex public projects.
