Infrastructure Ontario is pleased to share the June 2026 Market Update.
This update features 24 projects currently in the pre‑procurement and active procurement stages, representing a combined design and construction value of more than $25 billion. It also includes 19 government‑announced projects that are in the early planning phase.
There is also updated information on the Capital Repair Program pipeline for the province’s land and building assets, as well as new details for the Transit-Oriented Communities Program.
Together, these projects demonstrate the Ontario government’s progress on building and modernizing public infrastructure through a historic investment of $236 billion, the most ambitious capital plan in the province’s history.
