Companies Prequalified for Oak Valley Health – Uxbridge Redevelopment Project

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Oak Valley Health have prequalified five companies to deliver the Oak Valley Health – Uxbridge Redevelopment Project.

Companies were prequalified based on criteria identified in a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process that began in December 2025. Selection criteria included the required construction experience applicable to this project, as well as the financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and complexity. The prequalified companies are:

• EBC Inc.
• EllisDon Corporation
• Maystar General Contractors Inc.
• Multiplex Construction Canada Limited
• Pomerleau Inc.

A Request for Proposals (RFP) is expected to be issued to these prequalified companies in summer 2026. Once submissions are received, IO and Oak Valley Health will evaluate the proposals, select a preferred company and negotiate a final contract. The successful company is expected to be announced in spring 2027. A fairness monitor will oversee the entire procurement process.
