Exhibition TOC overlooking the transit lines connecting to the Ontario Line, GO Transit, and TTC services. The TOC will transform the Exhibition Station area into a vibrant, mixed-use community with housing, employment, and public spaces. Conceptual only and subject to revision.

Building Partners

Infrastructure Ontario collaborates with building partners. We provide clear and simple resources to access development information, establish direct lines of communication, while keeping an updated list of surplus land sites, as well as active projects with market offering opportunities.

For transit-oriented community projects, potential partners with lands within walking distance of a GO, LRT or subway station, please Contact Us.

Public Partners

IO has developed an engagement framework for development projects it undertakes with processes and methods for municipal, Indigenous and other community stakeholders.

  • Municipal: Direct engagement with staff, councillor briefings, rezoning submissions, renderings and studies
  • Indigenous: Letters, meetings, briefings, participation plans, site due diligence
  • Community/Stakeholder: Advisory committees, virtual and in-person community engagement, surveys and social media

Community Engagement

Communities are at the heart of IO’s vision to create a connected, modern and competitive Ontario. This means working with the people, stakeholders and communities throughout a project’s life cycle. We believe the only way to continuously earn trust is by engaging and informing the public openly, transparently, and authentically. IO’s TOC project page includes details on our past and current engagements, contact information for inquiries and project information.
