About the Project
The proposal for the Clarkson GO Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) has the potential to deliver new housing, employment opportunities, and publicly accessible areas that will support the creation of a community that has public spaces for relaxation and play next to the Clarkson GO Station along the Lakeshore West Line.

Key Features
- Approximately 2,400 new homes
- Support approximately 40 new jobs in new retail spaces
- Access to Clarkson GO Station, providing convenient access to both the Lakeshore West Line (two-way all-day service), the GO Bus network, MiWay and Oakville Transit, making it easier for commuters to reach Toronto and surrounding areas
- The TOC proposal includes pedestrian-friendly public spaces, including space located adjacent to Sheridan Creek
