About the Project
The development proposal for the Cooksville GO TOC has the potential to deliver new housing, employment opportunities, and publicly accessible areas that will support the creation of a community that has public spaces for relaxation and play next to the Cooksville GO Station along the Milton Line.
Key Features
- Approximately 3,000 new homes
- Support approximately 550 jobs in new office, retail and commercial spaces
- Access to Cooksville GO Station and the future Hazel McCallion LRT in Mississauga
- The TOC proposal includes a retail plaza, pedestrian-friendly public space, bike lanes and multi-use paths at street level in the neighborhood
