George Street Revitalization

The George Street Revitalization Project will replace Seaton House, owned and operated by the City of Toronto. The new development will act as a transformational catalyst to rejuvenate the George Street neighbourhood and historical Garden District. The project, led by the City of Toronto, will be delivered using Ontario’s P3 Design-Build-Finance delivery model.

Infrastructure Ontario’s Role:

Infrastructure Ontario is acting as an Advisor and the Procurement Lead on behalf of the City during the project.
