Key Features

  • Approximately 2,500 new homes
  • Support approximately 85 new jobs in new office, retail and commercial spaces
  • Access to Guildwood GO Station on the Lakeshore East Line, with bus connections to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), and VIA Rail uses the Guildwood Station with service between Toronto to Ottawa to Montreal.
  • The TOC proposal includes over an acre of new park and open space areas.
