About the Project
The future growth potential for the King-Bathurst Station site is dependent on a planned transit station that will serve the surrounding neighbourhood with connections to streetcar and subway service along the Ontario Line. The site will add more housing and office space while retaining heritage buildings and structures, and the character of this vibrant neighbourhood. The station is envisioned as a gateway to downtown, reinforcing the cultural identity and civic importance of the King-Spadina neighbourhood.
The Open Market Offering process for the King-Bathurst TOC began on August 8, 2023.
