About the Project
The TOC proposal at King West Station, formerly King-Bathurst, will bring new housing and office space while retaining heritage buildings and structures, and the character of this vibrant neighbourhood, with improved transit access via the Ontario Line and TTC streetcars. The station is envisioned as a gateway to downtown, reinforcing the cultural identity and civic importance of the King-Bathurst neighbourhood.
The Open Market Offering process for the King West TOC, formerly King-Bathurst, began on August 8, 2023, and concluded on April 22, 2026, following a competitive open market bidding process.
