About the Project
The development proposal for the Milliken GO TOC envisions a mixed-use development that includes housing, employment opportunities, and parkland that will support the creation of a community that has public spaces for relaxation and play next to the Milliken GO Station along the Stouffville Line.
Key Features
- Approximately 5,500 new homes
- Support approximately 250 jobs in new retail spaces
- Access to TTC’s bus service along Steeles Ave. offering convenient connections for the residents to the rest of Markham and the wider region
- Approximately five acres (20,000 square meters) of new public parkland to the area in addition to POPs and open spaces
