About the Project
The development proposal for the future Mount Joy GO TOC has the potential to deliver new housing, employment opportunities and publicly accessible areas. It will support the creation of a community that has public spaces for relaxation and play next to the Mount Joy GO Station along the Stouffville Line.
Key Features
- Approximately 2,090 new homes
- Support approximately 100 new jobs in flexible retail and office space
- Direct access to the Mount Joy GO Station along the Stouffville Line, including GO bus, York Region Transit, and TTC bus service
- The TOC proposal includes pedestrian-friendly public space and parkland
