About the Project
The Queen-Spadina Station TOC proposal will bring new housing, retail space, and improved transit access via the Ontario Line and TTC streetcars. The development will integrate housing and employment opportunities with the new station. It will preserve heritage elements through documentation and adaptive reuse, while enhancing the public realm with pedestrian-friendly street design and active street-level uses like retail, transit entrances, and residential lobbies along Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue.
The Open Market Offering process for the Queen-Spadina TOC began on June 10, 2025.

- Expected to introduce approximately 60 jobs to the area and deliver small-scale retail space in a prime, transit-accessible location
- Convenient access to the Ontario Line and TTC streetcars (510 Spadina and 501 Queen), improving connectivity for the surrounding neighbourhood
- Over 380 bicycle parking spaces, exceeding by-law requirements to support active transportation and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes
