Features
The redeveloped health centre will increase capacity for post-acute care. The project will also involve the construction of a new parking structure as a separate early works project, construction of a standalone central utility plant, and the redevelopment of corporate services, facilities, materials management and nutrition and food services.

- The Trillium Health Partners Broader Redevelopment – Queensway Health Centre project is being delivered using a Build-Finance model. Key features of a Build-Finance model include construction risk transfer to the private sector intended to result in greater cost and schedule certainty.
- Based on precedent project experience, a BF procurement model typically has delivered a value for money savings of up to 10% compared to undertaking the same projects using traditional delivery models.
