If you are interested in acquiring property within the IO managed provincial portfolio that is required for Public Infrastructure related projects such as:
- Sales (road widenings and or extensions)
Easements- surface or sub-surface:
- Water and sewer installations
- Drainage
- Oil and Gas pipelines

Please be advised that prior to completing any sale or granting of an easement, the proponent is responsible for providing IO with all required due diligence, including but not limited to:
- Appraisal
- Environmental Site Assessments
- Archaeological Reports
- Reference Plan
- Planning Reports (if required)
- Duty to Consult with First Nations
When the completed application form is received, IO we will circulate to required stakeholders and you will be notified within 15 days if IO is agreeable to your proposal. Please ensure your application fee payable to Ontario Infrastructure & Land Corporation is forwarded to mailing address noted above.
