Hiring Process

Reflecting our hybrid approach to work, our hiring process similarly provides remote and in-person options for candidates. 

Virtual and In-Person Interviews

Qualified applicants for our open opportunities will first participate in a screening phone call, followed by either a virtual interview held via Microsoft Teams or in-person at one of our offices.

Our onboarding process is now in-person so that new colleagues have the opportunity to set-up their technology and equipment, meet with their manager and other members of their team, as well as participate in an onboarding session with other new employees. We believe that spending time in-person with your IO colleagues provides a positive start to your career at IO.
