The Development Phase is now underway with Bird Design-Build Construction Inc., the Development Partner selected to further develop the project requirements and design, schedule, pricing, and risk parameters for William Osler Health System’s (Osler) Peel Memorial Hospital Phase 2 Redevelopment.
Request for Qualifications Issued for Stations, Rail and Systems Contract for the Yonge North Subway Extension

Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx have released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the stations, rail and systems package for the Yonge North Subway Extension.
Request for Proposals Issued for Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital Redevelopment

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Lakeridge Health have invited two teams to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) to design, build and finance the Bowmanville Hospital Redevelopment Project.
