Communities are at the heart of IO’s vision to create a connected, modern and competitive Ontario. This means working with the people, stakeholders and communities throughout a project’s life cycle. We believe the only way to continuously earn trust is by engaging and informing the public openly, transparently, and authentically.
In 2021, we created a new online site, engageio.ca to support specific consultations and engagement processes for the Ontario Government’s transit-oriented communities development program. We continue to add more opportunities on that site for communities to learn more about and to inform our work.
