About the Project
The proposed Eastern Avenue site will enhance the surrounding neighbourhood with public amenities such as parks and open spaces, while also creating job opportunities. The plan includes widened sidewalks, upgraded streetscaping, and new pedestrian connections, particularly between Saulter Street, Eastern Avenue, and the transit hub to foster a vibrant, walkable environment and better integrate the development with nearby residential areas.

- New retail space, including small-scale retail businesses, contributing to the existing mixed-use main street character of Eastern Avenue and help to create local jobs
- East Harbour Transit Hub providing connections to GO Transit and the Ontario Line subway, as well as the 501 Queen and 504 King Streetcars, and the 503 Kingston bus
- Over 160 bicycle parking spaces, exceeding by-law requirements to support active transportation and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes
