• The Athletes' Village provided accommodations for athletes and officials during the Toronto 2015 Games.
• After the Games, the Village area became a mixed-use, inclusive and pedestrian-friendly riverside community that includes affordable housing.
• The Athletes' Village project significantly increased the pace of the West Don Lands revitalization and left Toronto with a lasting legacy of the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games.

• Planning, construction and operation of the Games facilities :
  • Attracted investors, creating business opportunities for local companies and providing a boost to the local and regional economies.
  • Created and sustained approximately 5,200 jobs across the GTA
  • Created employment opportunities for trades such as carpenters, concrete finishers, crane operators, welders, electricians, stone masons and bricklayers
  • Attracted 250,000 tourists
  • Brought together up to 10,000 athletes and team officials
  • Provided new and updated sports complexes for communities across Ontario
