About the Project

The proposed Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) at the future Thorncliffe Park Station aims to create a vibrant, mixed-use development featuring six residential towers, an office tower with ground-floor retail, and enhanced public spaces. Centered around the new Ontario Line subway and TTC bus hub, the plan includes housing, job opportunities, parks, and pedestrian-friendly design. The proposed development would leverage investments in transit infrastructure to provide new housing and job opportunities, as well as new community amenities, including parks and public space for the Thorncliffe community.
