Real Property Services

Our real estate professionals oversee IO’s various private sector service providers to leverage their knowledge and expertise in the delivery of front line services to clients and tenants. These may include services such as: facility and property management, project management, design, construction, strategic sourcing and procurement and long-term asset capital investment programming.

Essentially, we act as “landlord” for the government’s owned and leased properties, liaising with multiple levels of government, client ministries and the public. 

Our current service provider for Real Property Services is BGIS. BGIS’ Real Property Services Assist (RPS Assist) manages service requests for properties in the portfolio.

RPS Assist offers a bilingual service available to clients and tenants 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
